Τα 28α ετήσια DICE Awards, που διοργανώνονται από την Academy of Interactive Arts and Sciences, ανέδειξαν το Astro Bot ως το Game of the Year τους.
Μετά την τεράστια νίκη του στα The Game Awards, το παιχνίδι της Team Asobi ξεχώρισε για άλλη μια φορά ανάμεσα στους κορυφαίους τίτλους της χρονιάς, αποσπώντας πολλαπλές διακρίσεις. Ειδικότερα, εκτός από το κορυφαίο βραβείο, το Astro Bot κατέκτησε ακόμη τέσσερις διακρίσεις, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των Outstanding Achievement in Game Design, Family Game of the Year, Outstanding Technical Achievement και Outstanding Achievement in Animation.
