Τα Actor Awards, γνωστά στο παρελθόν ως Screen Actors Guild Awards (SAG Awards), ανακοίνωσαν τις φετινές υποψηφιότητες για τις κατηγορίες του κινηματογράφου και της τηλεόρασης.
Περισσότεροι από 122.000 καλλιτέχνες έχουν δικαίωμα ψήφου για την ανάδειξη των νικητών, αναφέρει δημοσίευμα του Variety, το οποίο παρουσιάζει αναλυτικά τη λίστα των υποψηφιοτήτων.
Η φετινή περίοδος επιλεξιμότητας καλύπτει κινηματογραφικά και τηλεοπτικά πρότζεκτ που κυκλοφόρησαν από 1η Ιανουαρίου έως και 31η Δεκεμβρίου 2025.
Η τελετή απονομής των Actor Awards θεωρείται διαχρονικά σημαντικός προάγγελος των Όσκαρ, καθώς σε πολλές περιπτώσεις έχει λειτουργήσει καταλυτικά, δίνοντας ώθηση σε ηθοποιούς και ταινίες τόσο για την απόκτηση οσκαρικών υποψηφιοτήτων όσο και για την τελική τους διάκριση.
Το «One Battle After Another» κερδίζει 7 υποψηφιότητες, σπάζοντας κάθε ρεκόρ, ενώ η σειρά «The Studio» προηγείται στην κατηγορία «TV» με 5 υποψηφιότητες.
